    I am looking to hire a property solicitor and I want to know how you are able to tell which is the best conveyancing company. I have heard that hiring a good conveyancer make the transaction have less hassle is and faster.

    The best way to find a good conveyancing solicitor is to check if they are a member of the Council of Licensed Conveyancers (CLC). If they are a member then they have to adhere to strict rule and regulation. The CLC also provides training and support to property solicitors, making sure they are up to date with the latest laws and regulations.
